第一回立志会に参加して
東京工業大学工学院機械系 学士３年 田島怜奈
今回、私は主催者の清原さんに声をかけていただき、記念すべき第一回の立志会に参加す
ることができました。
大川さんのプレゼンを聞き、まずは近くに座っていた学士課程の4人でディスカッション。ここでは、キーワードだった「Diversity 多様性」を中心テーマとして、B3の学生にとっ
ては懐かしの「えんたくん」を囲んで話しあいました。大人数での議論の仕方、複雑系と
社会・音楽、果てはイラク戦争の話まで…！今日のなかで一番話の広がりを感じたグルー
プディスカッションでした。
グループ替えの後、次は、参加者からでた新たなテーマについてフリーディスカッション。私は「多様性のマインド」についてまず話しあいました。多様性の長所短所から、男女
の意見の多様性に話は進み、最近話題の女性の医学部入試について、などなど…この時も
幅広いテーマで話すことができました。議論を深める中で新たな意見が次から次へと生ま
れ、私自身なるほど！そういう見方もあるのか！と思うものも少なくなかったです。聞い
ているだけでも楽しい！と感じました。
その後は閉会まで、私の自己紹介で伝えていたベンチャーインターンの話を聞きつけ、声
をかけてくれた学生（もちろん初対面！）と、今後の医療と工学について、話し込みまし
た。彼は生命理工の学生、私は機械系の学生でしたので、立志会がなかったらまずお話す
ることはできなかったでしょう。今日一番の出会いでした。
立志会を通して私は、様々な視野を持つ人との関わりの大切さ・楽しさを感じました。普
段の学生生活では関わることのなかった、学年・専攻の学生と話し、意見を活発に出し合
う立志会。今回の出会いと経験を大切にしていきたいです。また、ただ参加した、という
だけでなく、この経験をフィードバックして、これから活かしていけたらと思います！

Report of 1 st risshikai
Tokyo Institute of Technology Engineering Department Mechanical Engineering Course
Bachelor 3 rd year Rena Tajima
This time, I could participate in the 1 st Risshikai since I was invited by Haruka, the host of the party.
First, I held discussion with 3 other bachelor students sitting near by after listening to the
Take’s presentation. We talked “Diversity” as a main theme, which was given as a key
word in the presentation, with using Entakunn, old familiar for B3 student. It was about how
to discuss with many people, complex system, society and music, and even Iraq war…! It
was the most extensive group discussion I experienced today.
After changing group, we discussed freely with new themes that participants were
interested in. I firstly discussed “the Mind of Diversity”. We started with pros and cons of
diversity, shifted to the diversity in the opinion of male and female, for ex. recently hot topic,
the female’s entrance exam for medical department, etc… and could talk about wide variety
of theme. New ideas arose one after another in the process of deepening discussion.
There were not a few points of view that I amazed. Even only listening to some opinions
was exciting!
After that, until the party was over, I talked to a student about medical service and
engineering. He was interested in my internship experience at a venture, which I
mentioned in self-introduction time and contacted me. He is a student of life science
course and I am at mechanical engineering. We couldn’t talk over without Risshikai, I
guess. It was the most awesome encounter I had today.
I learned the importance and fondness of interacting to the people who have various
visions through Risshikai. We talked to and shared ideas actively with students who came
from different years and majors and won’t meet in the usual campus life. I want to treasure
today’s encounter and experience. Also, I want feedback and make the most of these
experience, not only to just take part in!
